How to Understand a Customer's Sales Deficit
The two most important metrics around sale deficiencies are cak, payback period in months and three ar l t v to ka. Cack is how quickly it takes to pay back the cost of acquiring a customer. Three ar means what happens after you've already reacquired that cost. These four areas -- growth, burn rate, retention, sale deficiencies -- are what i think are the most important to clearly convey there as well.
