Imagine yourself saying something that you might need to say to another person who could be involved in the situation you're thinking of. Just imagine yourself very clearly taing that action and noticing how it feels in your body to think of yourself doing it. And then, last but not leastimagine, in your mind's eye taking action and doing that step that you just set an intention of doing.
