Amazon Prime Is Getting Ready to Launch
In two thousand two amazon started to use this new method for customers who had paid for faster shipping. The whole idea was to shrink the cycle time to pro orders, to take waste out and to make the more efficient. And wilkie pulled it off. That 24 hour window it took tho process orders, it decreased to three hours. But like a lot of inventions in an amazon, prime wasn't an overnight success.
