There are three aps, one for eating called eat right now, one for smoking, called craving to quit, and one for anxiety, called unwending anxiety. The important piece is that people really learn how their minds work first, and then learn how they can tap into the same processes that set up these habits to unwind them. There usually round 30 corp modules at ar, about ten minutes a day. And there's an on line community that people can join. I moderate that community, so they can ask questions, they can keep a journal. We even have a live weekly group that they can join in viazom so supports but the basic process is learn how your mind works
