The day kelly was born, i suddenly had the train just like you. I used to dedicate an hour to training three tor four times a week. Now i could maybe work out 15 minutes in the morning on two of the week days and then possibly a longer session on both week end days. If you have kettle bells, you know, i yur ing to do two o those sessions in themo morning. But basically would work out something like this, if you're an olympic lifter.
