The Importance of Resources in Mindfulness
I know some people don't have trouble just letting go, laying low when something's happening. And then there are people that kind of go back into the ruminating that you talk about. So I guess these are all interconnected. Well, it's great that you bring that up and to be clear, to be able to let the feelings flow, to open up to your experience, we need to resource ourselves. That makes a lot of sense, but I would imagine that it's a little bit harder for very sensitive people to do that.
