How Slow Pace Breathing Can Improve Heart Rate Variability

Slow pace breathing is going to be your go to for improving hiroverability. By slowing our breathing down, it directly innovates the vagust nerve which is great news for our veriability. We get an increase in that which is obviously really beneficial. And so typically, when we're looking at a slow pace breathing intervention, you might have seen this kind of presented as hert reverability by a fee back as well. From the kind of recent research, we've found that actually there's not a huge difference between hareverability by fee back and slow pace breathing er on heart reverability itself.
