The Effects of Training on Muscle Growth

This study kind of feeds into one of my pet theories for what limits hypertrophy. It seems like virtually everyone eventually just hits a plateau past which either they just can't grow or maybe they're still growing but it's such a slow rate it's basically imperceptible. My hypothesis is that it might just purely have to do with oxygen delivery and I think people sleep on about the importance of geometry in respiration so you karyotic cells are way bigger than prokaryotic cells.
