Did you feel the need to, or end up making, any dietary changes when you introduced the five k training plan? Or have you been able to kind of ju stick to what's been working for you to date? No, i haven't really. I'm clearly my 200 pound frame has enough of fat o stored in it, im. And then, you know, some mussel glacagen a floating around as well.
