Form really matters in movement in the soft surface it decreases your need for form so there's nothing wrong with that movement. It could be something a way to get leg movement and again if it's the only movement that you can do right then just like a food that you're eating then it's providing you with some nutrients but it wouldn't make up an entire movement diet or primary movement diet because so many of the other things like bone tissues and other parts would not be getting what they need from it.
