Product Market Fit in a SaaS Environment

The SaaS magic number tells you what kind of sales and marketing effort is it taking for you to get this much recurring revenue on the equations. I really like that because when you put that guardrail down, you then can spend all of your time in execution mode. If there are certain quarters, you're always going to have to push a lot harder than others. But as you start reflecting on it over multiple quarters and over a year or two or three, it helps you understand with great fidelity the degree to which you have product market fit.
