Let Yourself Off the Hook
If you go back and make a different decision, then you will arrive in a reconfigured present. You might not know what the implications are of that. If it wasn't a good decision based on what you knew, if you could have done better, show yourself some self compassion. That's a rulyan wut, i love that phrase, let yourself off the hook. It may feel morally virtuous, but it's completely useless.
