The low tech approach to that would be to take it out and don't use a CGM. Cut cut out the sweet or whatever item you think might be a problem for you take it out for three weeks and see what happens. Now if you're specifically looking at blood sugar you might not know what's going to happen unless you're measuring but you could do that with a glucometer or like you knowtake it out for for 90 days and then go get an A1Cbut I I think there's there's lower tech ways to do it but a CGM is probably faster right yeah not the decent application for a CGM in this case.
