Is Strength Improvement a Byproduct of the Training?

Any strength improvement is any increase in force production that's measured in a specific context. And the context can change depending on application. As you get higher, ten r m, 15 r m, it's probably more not only metabolic, but also just structural changes to the muscles. I don't think hyperin a muscle size contributes to strength performance at all. But it's certain, i'm certainly less confident in in the magnitude of that contribution,. Probably less than i would have said five years ago.
