The Importance of Racking in Running
Racking is a great replacement for kind of the runner who no longer can run because of their knees. We never really define running, right? I'm walking moving faster than walking. Okay, then you're running. Great. But apply that to anything swimming. So if I'm flailing around, but moving my body, am I swimming? You know, no, it's not really swimming. That is, it looks like swimming. The problem also, or one of the reasons we're such fans of rucking and carrying a weighted backpack is that it get what we tell people oftentimes: "You need to go run"
