Variability in the Earth's Temperature Overnight

Sunspot cycle is an 11 year cycle of becoming more and less active. It's about a tenth of a %, or one part in a thousand, that this total output of the sun varies from peak to minimum. The last 11 years has been the lowest integrated sun spot number we've had for over a century.
