I really think we're scratchid in the surface of how much we know about the ame. It reminds mo of these studies that were performed, i think it was in cork university where a freeze dried berries were consumed. And berries contain a multitude of different phite nutrients, like anthesinins andd another chemicals. So theres so many different elements along the way, and it's very hard to sort of computate for our small brains. Gavetta like machine tha, computers that would be able to actually and stratify all these different sort of patterns of new chemicals being created.
