There are really four types of physical activity, cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. The vast majority of evidence round physical activity really has to do with cardio vascular activity. It's probably more important to think about your physical activity in the contact of what makes you excited and maxi now. If you told yourself you were going to go out and and do x number of minutes certain number of days right now, that might not be realistic right now.
