LinkedIn's Trends in the Labor Market

LinkedIn data is showing that flexibility has become a key determinant for employee satisfaction. More than half of US workers so that 61% are considering leaving their jobs in 2023. A higher percentage of Gen Z and millennial workers are planning to call it quits more than any other generation. First generation students make up a significant part of professionals entering the workforce.
