Are You Sleeping in Separate Beds?
Of those people who go to bed together and sleep in the same bed, a 30 to forty % will also say that they wake up in a different location. Almost 70% of them will tell you that their sleep is either disrupted by their artner, or that they know that they disrupt their partner's sleep. And almost a 60 percent of people will telling you that one of their relationships has ended because of problems with sleep disruption in their bedroom. So it's a huge issue, but there's a terrible taboo around it, which is that, you know, if you're not sleeping together, then you're not slept together.
