Some of the other things that that I would recognize are perfectionism. Too much too much investment in their outward appearance, almost like a Barbie doll kind of polished look. Or if they just weren't doing anything in their life that they enjoyed. And another thing is always watch their breathing. You'll find people like this are either hyperventilating or they're holding their breath. They're really rigid in their chest area. The rib cage doesn't move so there's almost as though they're living out of their head because they're afraid to be in their body where they might have to feel their pain.
