Is There a Gigantic Competitive Advantage?

I think our industry has a large problem with diversity where it's hard for people that don't look like a lot of the other people that work in the industry already to break in and to get jobs. And so I actually think if you, how is a gigantic question mark to me that I don't understand fully, but I think if you can create a culture that is attractive to diverse people, that feels like a gigantic competitive advantage.
