Jess: I love that you say I survived. I put myself in these uncomfortable situations, but it proved to me that I can survive. Ricky: There is a huge part of the anxious work also, learning that we can depend on ourselves and make it through uncomfortable, difficult feelings. We tend to use other people to get us through that stuff as anxious attaches. It's not to say that we don't need anybody. We do. But using one or two people as the life raft that gets us through difficult situations is,. is the anxious way and it doesn't have to be.
