I struggle with the balance between leaving my ego at the door and pushing myself to be better. I have a recurring lower back issue that comes and goes every three to four months. When it happens, i have to significantly decrease my training volume and intensity for one to two weeks during which time i focus on mobility and corps a cor strengthening. Then i gradually build back up and start pushing myself harder. It feels like, it feels like, right when i am starting to peake again, i get injured and have to start the cycle all over again. If this athlete was able to withstand, just just skip one or two of those back injuries and go nine to 12 months without an injury,
