Going forward, we will invest only in peoplelek everything will actually have the grand scheme of investment in people that serve customer. As i said before, it's not really interesting for a 35 year old that wants to build masl and to talk about oste process. It's just not what they want to forcus on. That is the pipe that's in the pipe line. We have little offer yet. And e there will also be away to that building on that tailor information that you'd retet to the customer to their specific need.
