Are Expectancies Better Than Expectancies?

In optimal theory, if you do well on a task that feeds back into the expectancies. So it creates this like virtuous cycle. You do the task, you do well, you have feedback. That increases your expectancies. And hence that's going to further increase your focus on task goal. It's going tourther increase your performance and learning.
