I'll Take a Five Minute Break
Staring at another screen while you kind of slumping in your, slumping your chair. That's really not effective. I'll take a break from my newly refined posture to slouching my seat and sneak a quick look at my phone instead. The Pomodoro technique is an app for Mac that allows you to work on one task at a time. You set a timer for 25 minutes, and then once it's up, it goes to a five minute break. It tells you right now, go away for five minutes and then come back.
