You have to first of all discount positivity down, but like a lot. And so you have to try really hard to frame questions that asked for the negatives. Just where you choose to put the top 1%, is a signal painted up itself and where they're not. So if you can learn from just the forcing function of requiring the force ranking, that gives you insight.
