We beat the drum really hard with our refer friend program. Our management team walks around on a daily basis in the morning from sort of team rows in between 7 and 7.30. And I'm down there telling folks work is more fun with friends and there's a $1,000 referral bonus to refer your friend. They have to stay first for 90 days and then for 180 days and they're paid out sort of 500 after the friend stays from 90, 500, the second 500 after 180 days. So those are the two main ways we work on the talent pipeline.
