Do You Have Counterfactual Thinking?
There are two kinds of counterfactual thinking, and we experience them at different times. People who miss a flight by five minutes are more likely to obsess over it than someone who missed a flight by an hour. The second common trigger is routine if we do something that's out of routine or abnormal. Third trigger is if you are a person who feels like they're in control.
