How far out from the goal race are you and then start laying some scaffolding as to like what you're going to do. Training for a 5k, it's always good to have a strong base training for that distance. Race day intensity is going to be the thing that I want to be a little more mindful of dosing at the right times of year so that you don't end up overloading yourself with moderate and high intensity work.
