Easy Strength
Easy strength works on one quality, strength. So a round of easy strength is forty workouts. For me, that's eight weeks. If i do it twice, that's 16 weeks. At the end of those six weeks, let's say my bench p now now i'm doing my lifetime best in the incline bench. My sets are twos and fives. I feel good and i'm strong e well. After that, almost universally, one of my hypertrophe workouts. Ah, the transformation program we just talked about, that three sets of eight. Ah, higher rep programms are, after doing pure strength for awhile, it's time to chase a new quality
