I feel that he strikes me as someone who cares a lot about people in his life. And I think that that is like doing this sort of work can be. It's obviously incredibly exhausting work when you're buying a restaurant like a small restaurant like he was. But it can also be really rewarding to do this kind of work when you are someone who caresa lot about people.
