The Importance of Family Systems Theory in Leadership
Mora: As a pastor and as a proclaimer of the teachings of Jesus, I think the primary interest of Jesus is transformation and peace and life and freedom. And what I have recently learned is that I think those are the very same interests of psychology and therapy. So what I do is I look for freedom and peace everywhere and I filter it either through a theological point of view or a psychological point of view - quite often both.
