Is There a One-Punch Jump in Lactate?

The lactate threshold portion of the test takes about 25 or 30 minutes. The initial speed is calibrated to the fitness level of the individual. Athletes starts, they run three to four minutes, then jump off the treadmill for 30 seconds. You take a prick of lactate, they jump back on, we increase the speed.
