When i think about some of those factors that is true for burnout, and when i hear those in conversation in with friends and family and inside organizations, t the traditional thinking and even advice. You need to do a better job exercising, eating well, take some vacation days. Do the self care kind of things. And yet, one of the things that came up for me in looking at your research, is that self care doesn't really cure burnout, does it? No?
