"I knew they needed that table for that 738 o'clock rush. We had to get out of there before 730," he says. "It gave me so much anxiety because I know what that one table could be the difference, not just from a good service and bad service."
After Chris and Dave lead you through the dreaded chain reaction of what occurs in a restaurant kitchen when a table is five minutes late to their reservation, they do their very first Debate Club on whether dining should require a special license on the diner's part.
