The Importance of Proper Clean Nerves
I've seen some guys who come in for coming to the gym try to improve their golf swing and only do rotational cable work with 10 pounds on the cables. You're not going to get that yeah, you go to the gym to lift it. And I think sometimes that can take away as well. Some of the stuff I've seen is quite, quite good. But those are those athletes aren't supposed to be Olympic power clean nerves or full clean athletes. They're like a football player or baseball player. Yeah, they're doing it.
