When we say a good amount of muscle, and if you were to kind of think about as we age, often you hear people saying, do resistance training. I don't have a real number to give you on something like that. The issue is how functional is it? What are you doing? Are you physically active? Is it metabolically healthy? You can be both the activity and the nutrition hand in hand in terms of how healthy it is.
