How Much Body Mass Did You Lose?

The first thing we want to do is calculate our actual sweat loss. Then obviously you want your session duration and generally we want that converted to hours. We then work out how much fluid was consumed, assuming the one gram of fluid equals one mill of fluid - which is close enough for anything that humans are going to drink. In terms of urine weight loss, obviously it's the weight before you went to the toilet minus the weight afterwards if you could weigh yourself. If you don't, one of the suggestions has been estimating about 300 grams or 0.3 kilos per toilet stop essentially.
