The Importance of Building a Food Database
When I'm speaking with picky eaters in these meetings I like to bring up some practical advice for them. The database is essentially a memory volt of information on every food you have ever eaten. Eating the same foods over and over week after week may not be good for long term commitment to good nutritional practice or for their performance. It is easy to do things repeatedly when they are enjoyable. If you want to be a professional athlete, start eating like one.
