The Role of Jumping in Patellar Tendonopathy
The maximum load on the patellar tendon is the turn around from going into your jump and then actually taking off. I'm not comfortable outside of self generated height. So I don't like adding certainly not in the early stages of rehab. Very happy that jumping has to be part of it. But I tend to restrict myself to self generated heights, but I don't have any evidence for that.
