V l a maxs is trying to measure thea maximal rate of flux through glycolisis. The way it's done is you take a blood sample at rest, and then do a 15 second sprint or a 20 second sprint,. After that, you look for the highest lactae ample. And then work out the rate at which latat has increased. That gives you some measure of er the glycolitic flux, or supposedly does.
