The Virtue of Consistency in Training
The more sporadic up and down the training is that ratio of acute to chronic increases, therefore, risk of injury goes up. It's that delta from what the body has been used to versus what are you throwing at it now. Having someone to hold you accountable is it will make you the most successful. We see too much of people trying to figure out their own training plans which tends to cause problems.
