Is There Hope for Autistic Kids After Stroke?

My understanding is a lot of autistic kids just at the sort of crutus level train themselves to recognize social cues and emotional things on faces. Even if they don't feel it themselves. So that in some sense it provides hope in the sense that you can train them to do something that maybe isn't automatic, but you teach them. Right.
