This is such a tricky one and so tempting. We do want to be able to just ask someone how much will you pay and have them answer us? But back to the piece about not predicting the future and people being nice to us, it's a hard one to directly ask. I would basically never suggest doing so. Instead, again, this is where we ask about existing behavior so find out how much they are investing in kitchen tools now,. How has that changed over time?
