How to Get a Maximum Volume in Swimming?

In swimming there seems to be this culture of a just more is better. More grinding is better, and more time in the pool is better. There's always a balance between the two sessions. I've seen people who have gone from two sessions a week up to three. And then for four can be great as well. It just depends on how much time the person's got. But minimum three is what i'd suggest for most people. You will see a difference if you're coming from two. The quality of your session will actually ma a bigger difference than just getting more more volume done. So that thats kond of mie. My view on it.
