The more knowledgeable that you perceive yourself to be, the less likely you are to fall into a trap on a phone call with a client. When you at the top of the Dunkuga curve or when you are super insecure, you're going to have to be a potential client. Number five: Ignoring the script and process. I've done a lot of personality tests because I think that knowing oneself is the most important thing that you could ever do. It's not about the case it's about the study for years and years and years  a whole bunch of other shit.
