How to Train for a Record

I'm going to go for 11,000 and 24 hours. I would have to do eight for 30 seconds and then rest for 30 seconds. That's kind of how I would need to go for 24 hours. But just like endurance training, your body will adapt. As long as you're training the right things with burpees, it's just burpees,. So you're right in doing quantity, but strategy is really important. The former world record for our 24 hour period for six people was 14,000. We did 35,000.
