The Importance of Stretching

I'm not a big proponent of stretching per se, but it would be the problem sometimes is I have people who might have hip pain or might have like calf strains. It's going to take more than a 30 second stretch to fix this. The passive structures of the body are overloaded because you're doing too much work. To fix that it's not a flexibility issue. Even if muscles feel tight, it's getting other areas working harder to take pressure off that area. So wounds I love.
